He was born on April 11, 1962 in Kenton to James Edward and Hazel L. (Chamberlain) Fogle. On August 21, 1988 he married Connie Adams and she survives in Grant.
Also surviving are 3 daughters April (Charles) Culwell of Kenton, Gina (Travis) Shadley of Alger, and Sara Fogle of Grant, 1 son Randy Fogle II of Kenton, 15 grandchildren, 2 sisters Della Louise Fogle of Las Vegas, NV, and Debbie (Doug) Kollar of Hammond, IN, 3 brothers Robert L. Fogle of Kenton, Steve (Jeannie) Fogle of Kenton, and Bruce A (Marchella) Fogle of Bellefontaine.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters Nora Vermillion and Gloria Siler.
He was a car mechanic and carpenter.
