Randy E. Garrett, 48, of Muncie went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at his residence. He was born March 24, 1962 in Muncie to Bennie and Bobbey (Coty) Garrett. Randy graduated from Muncie Southside High School. He worked 23 years at the Muncie Parks Department as a heavy equipment operator. Randy was a member of Full Gospel Temple and AFSCME Local Union.
