Ramon N. Kranwinkel, MD, 86, of Ridgefield, a retired pathologist and hematopathologist of the Danbury Hospital died on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Dr. Kranwinkel was born on November 10, 1935 in the Dominican Republic to the late Ernesto and Rosa (Zaiter) Kranwinkel. He attended schools in the Dominican Republic and graduated from the University of Santo Domingo School of Medicine in 1960 and completed his residency in Pathology at Danbury Hospital in 1966.
