Godinez, Ramon Bravo Sr.

Passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 with his family by his side. He was 90 years old. Ramon was born March 19, 1928 in Flint, Michigan to the late Leihado and Refugio (Bravo) Godinez. He married Jesusita Aguilar, she preceded him in death. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Ramon was employed by General Motors and retired with over 43 years of service. He was a member of the UAW Local 455.
Ramon loved the outdoors and took great joy in fishing, hunting and camping. He also enjoyed going out dancing with his friends. What he loved most was spending time with his loving family.
Ramon is survived by his children, Ramon (Maria) Godinez Jr. and Juan (Diane) Godinez; grandchildren, Juan, Melissa, Celisse and Glenda; great-grandchildren, Stevie, Jada, Cassandra, Marcus, Anthony and Amayiah; great great-grandchildren, Layla and Pariss; sister, Maria and several nieces and nephews.
Ramon was preceded in death by his son, Jesus; four brothers and a good friend, John Elizade.
