Ramer Simpson, 87, passed in Manassas on Friday, February 23. Retired from the U.S. Postal Service, he was a U.S. Army veteran. Among his survivors are a son Daryl Ramer Simpson and a daughter Marcia Sheryl Allwine. A brother, Travis Simpson. Sisters, Frances Wilson, Kathryn Simpson and Margaret Cervantes. Two grandsons Kyle F Allwine Kenny F. Allwine II and one great grandson Kenny Allwine III. Nephew Tom Wilson and 9 misc. nephews nieces, Two Step grandchildren Dennis Noe’l Fortune , 4 step great grandchildren and his good friend and caregiver Ingrid Elliot.
