Ralph “Rowdy” Homer Bennett Jr., 67 passed away on Aug 3, 2013 at 5:05pm in the ER of Union Hospital Clinton. He was born on Sept 19, 1945 to Ralph Homer Bennett Sr., and Beulah Orbell Nolan Bennett. He was a graduate of Rosedale High School. He was a disabled Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He had worked at JI Case till it closed, 15 years at Shenango and then on to retire from GE Unison.
He is preceded in death by his father Ralph Homer Bennett Sr., his mother Beulah Vorek and step father Joseph Vorek.
He is survived by his wife Connie Bennett whom he married on Sept 9, 1991, his daughters; Brandi Bennett and Traci Devins, his sons; Mark Devins Sr. (Lacee) and Shane Carty. His grandchildren; Madison & Macy Hanner, Morgan & Dustin Lawson, Ashley Oaks (Mark), Brittany Wyndham (Paul), Tori Linnenkamp, Mark Devins Jr., Cody Lawson and Blaze Carty. Great grandchildren; Brayden Oaks, Avery & Paislee Higginbotham and Brylee Shaffer. A brother Charles Bennett and sisters; Mary Ann Shannon (Jim), Gayla Mager and Margaret Bentley (George), sister and brother in laws; Jean Skultety, Ginny & Darrell Bennett and Pearl Prate.
