Ralph L. “Pat” Corbin, 68, formerly of Vickery and Sandusky, died unexpectedly at his home in Allentown, Pa., on February 2, 2015.
Ralph was born on March 31, 1946 in Sandusky to Russell H. and Dorothy (Bouy) Corbin, Sr.
He attended Sandusky Schools, then earned his GED and attended culinary school. He became a chef working in Texas and throughout the US adding to his many adventures.
Ralph enjoyed Stephen King and Western novels, along with Cleveland Browns; NASCAR; writing short stories and cooking.
Survivors include his daughter, Joyce (Brad Goode) Scott, Millington, Tn; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three sisters, Laura (John) Anderson, Sandusky; Martha (Bruce) Held, Clyde; Nancy (Andy) Screptok, Toledo; one brother, James R. Corbin, Clyde. Two aunts, Maxine Schwochow and Martha McEwon, and special friends, Annette Berryman and Karen also survive. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins survive as well.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son, Norman; two brothers, Russell H. Jr. and Gary L. Corbin, and one sister, Dorothy “Missy” Corbin.
