Ralph Edward Dyer, 61, of Fleming County passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2013, in Ashland, KY.
He was born January 26, 1952, to the late Ervin Estill and Gladys Mae Stacy Dyer. Ralph had worked at several of the local retail stores over years.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Lloyd Estill Dyer and one sister Opal Elizabeth Ballengee.
He is survived by two sisters Alma (Dennis) Muse of Muses Mills, KY & Judy Lee Rudd of West Union, OH; one brother William L. (Betty) Dyer of Wallingford, KY; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
