Ralph Edward Bailey, 46, of Franklin, died Sunday, September 27, 2015 in Franklin. He was born January 13, 1969 in Harlan, Kentucky and was a machine operator for George Ulz in Edinburgh.
Ralph loved music, bonfires and spending time with his family. He was a jokester and enjoyed making people smile. His favorite holiday was Christmas and he enjoyed playing Santa Claus for his kids, family and friends. He was a jack of all trades and a master of none.
He is survived by his companion; Monika Fletcher of Franklin, three daughters; Amanda Bailey of Tennessee, Patricia Dockins of Indianapolis and Cheyenne Fletcher of Franklin, four sons; Matthew (Christina) Mahoy of Greenwood, Westley Fletcher of Franklin, Bradley Bailey and Steven Bailey both of Tennessee and mother; Francis (Adams) Couch of Kentucky and eight grandchildren.
