Raffaela “Rae” Tramontano, 58, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of West Haven, passed away on October 25, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. Wife of Anthony Tramontano. Born in New Haven daughter of the late James and Mary Cerrachi Sansone. She is also survived by her sister Theresa Sansone, her brother James (Marie) Sansone, 2 nephews and 1 great niece. Rae worked for Bayer Pharmaceutical for 16 years, prior to her retirement. She was a past president of City Point Yacht Club Women’s Auxiliary, a member of the Red Hatters, Gulf Cove Homemakers and the Elks Lodge, Port Charlotte.
