Rosella Jane Radel, 78, of O’Fallon, MO, died Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Garden View Care Center in O’Fallon, MO.
She was born July 14, 1929 in New Memphis, IL, daughter of Frank and Rosella (Roseberry) Maxfield.
She married George “Sonny” Radel on March 5, 1954 in East St. Louis, IL and he survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Steven (Michele) Radel of Defiance, MO; three grandchildren, Eric Radel, Brian Radel and Jacqueline Miller; one sister, Effie M. Broeckling of New Baden, IL and a sister-in-law, Alice Maxfield of New Baden, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, eight brothers and four sisters. Mrs. Radel was a secretary with Suburban Journals.
