Rachel C. ‘’Carol” Frazier, 70, of Indianapolis passed away December 23, 2021, at IU Health West in Avon. Carol was born February 9, 1951, in Swayzee, Indiana to Wayne Hannah and Viola Grace (Centers) Hannah. She was employed as an LPN with Marion General Hospital. Whenever she had free time she enjoyed classic movies, reading romance novels or books by Stephen King and Danielle Steele.
Carol is survived by her husband Bill Frazier; children James Henderson, Tonya Burnett (Jeramie), Malisha Ann Nunner, Matthew Henderson (Jessi Cummings), and sister Geraldine Walters; six grandchildren; her pets Jack, Toby and Hunter; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
