Rachel Brand Blevins, 39, of Huntsville, went to heaven to be with the Lord on Thursday. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Edward Brand. She is survived by her mother, Carmen Hendrickson and her step-father, David Hendrickson and by a number of other family members.
