R. D. Lawson, age 91, of Crestview, passed away Sunday morning, July 5, 2015, in Crestview. He was born July 24, 1923, in Pitkin, Louisiana, and moved to this area in 1929. R.D. was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and was employed in the aerospace industry as a computer specialist for 17 years. He also was a computer science instructor at OWCC for many years.
