Priscilla Shipley Rozell, 86, of Richfield passed away peacefully at her home July 1, 2023.
Preceded in death by her husband, Homer Rozell; son, Norman Scott Shipley; sister, Lorraine Layton; and brothers, Roye and Everett Leckemby.
She is survived by her sister, Verna; son, Eric; daughter-in-law, Rhonda Conroy; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
