Polly N. Blalock, age 82, passed away on March 29, 2015 in Scottsdale, AZ. She was born on June 26, 1932 in Rupert, WV to Olza and Vada Belle Neely. Polly graduated high school in Rupert in 1947 and attended Bowling Green Business College in Bowling Green, KY where she met the love of her life, Glenn C. Blalock. They were married on August 20, 1950 and moved to Greely, CO in 1957. She is preceded in death by her parents Olza and Vada; her brother Boone Neely of Charleston, WV and her daughter Debi. Polly is survived by her brother Gene P. Neely of Marietta, OH; her son Michael; 5 grandsons, Tucker (Ashley); Austin; Kellen; Tate all of Phoenix and Michael Cox of Palmer, AK and one great grandson Cash.
