Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend who will be truly missed by was preceded in death by her parents, Ray C. Moffat and Thelma Elam Moffat; and her brother, Donald R. Moffat.Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Charles F. White; her children, Valerie Bogart and husband Gene, Warren White, and Wade White and wife Rene; her 6 grandchildren; and her 14 great grandchildren.
