Phyllis Marie Cimiawski, 82, of Shinnston passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at her residence. She was born February 2, 1926, in Morgantown WV., the daughter of the late John Stoker and Louise Anna Brank Stoker. She is survived by one sister Genevieve Miner of Maryland; two brothers Robert Stoker; and Frances Stoker of TN; several nieces and nephews. Two special neighbors Kathy and Danny Drain of Shinnston. Ms. Cimiawski was preceded in death by her husband George Cimiawski, of 51 years. She is also preceded in death by three sisters Anna Ball; Hilda Friend; and Zita Stevens; three brothers Freddie Stoker; Herman Stoker; and George Stoker. Phyllis was active in several clubs Post 31, a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Moose Lodge 929. She also loved camping at Mt. Storm. She loved gardening and spending time outdoors and was a very hard working person and was loved by all who knew her.
