Phyllis Mae Buescher, 82, passed away Friday July 4, 2014 in Greenwood.
She was a resident of Greenwood. She was born June 9, 1932 in Indianapolis to the late Ervin and Elsie (Rosebrock) Buescher.
Phyllis was a registered nurse at Methodist Hospital and later was employed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana, retiring after many years of service. She was a lifelong member of Zion Evangelical UCC of Indianapolis. She enjoyed music, golf and traveling.
Phyllis is survived by niece, Kathy (Jerry) Locke of Greenwood, two nephews, Bob Westerfield of Indianapolis and James (Corie) Westerfield of Greenwood and several great, great-great, and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Lois Buescher Westerfield.
