Phyllis M. Jedd, 81, of South Bend, IN, passed away at 2:40 p.m., Saturday, July 2, 2005 in Memorial Hospital. Phyllis was born on June 28, 1924 in South Bend to Stanley and Bertha (Jankowiak) Rozewicz, and was a lifelong resident. On September 22, 1945, in St. Hedwig Church, as Phyllis M. Rozewicz, she married Casimir Casey Jedd, who survives. Also surviving is her daughter, Carolyn of South Bend; her granddog, Dr. Andy; her sister Virginia Virgil of Mishawaka, IN; four nieces, Judith of Beaverton, OR, Rebecca of San Francisco, CA, Francine of San Francisco, CA, Cyndy of Belgium; two nephews, James of Mishawaka, IN, Thomas of Elkhart, IN; and by special family members, Gene and Carolyn Cox of Belmar, NJ, She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Jedd in 1950, and her brother, Stanley Rozewicz in 1993.
