Phyllis L. Moon Dragoo, 86, Anderson, passed away December 1, 2011 at St. Johns Health System, Anderson Indiana after a brief illness. She was born August 15, 1925 in Tipton, Indiana, and resided in this area since 1943. Phyllis was a homemaker.
She was a member of Mounds Baptist Church and the church Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her children, Janet Breece Jim of Sebring, Florida, Diana Wooldridge Jerry of Anderson, Sheila Blake of Anderson, Marsha Molnar of Colorado and Marvin Dragoo, Jr. Pam of Warsaw; brothers, Don Moon Joyce of Noblesville, Burnie Moon, Jr. Susie of Kokomo, Dean Moon of Kokomo, David Moon Ree of Kokomo; sisters, Joan Barnes of California and Becky Brittain Chet of Kokomo; 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernie Moon, Sr. and Frances Louisa Fox Moon; husband whom she married May 1, 1943, Marvin Dragoo; brother, Keith Moon; sister, Anna Mae McNew; and great granddaughter, Alicia Breece.
