Born July 9, 1918 at Marion, IN she was the daughter of the late Jess Harrell and the late Clara (Shockey)Harrell.
She was retired as a nursing assistant from the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, Marion, Indiana where she was employed for 281/2 years.She was a member of the Fairmount Baptist Church, Fairmount, IN.
She enjoyed fishing, cooking and playing dominos.
She married Morris Spicer, December 23, 1978, he preceded her in death December 3, 2004.
She’s survived by Two Daughters: Mrs. Joyce (Junior) Foudray, Marion, IN, Betty(Paul) Miller, Fowlerton, IN Son-in-law: Robert Babcock, Jerome, MI. One Son: Dalton (Sue) Johnson, Marion, IN Step-son: Louis (Cecilia) Spicer, Richmond, IN and Step-daughter: Lois Simmons, Richmond, IN Half-sister: Violet Blackburn, Titusville, FL. and Half-brother: James Harrell, Arkansas, 15 Grandchildren and 77 Great and Great-Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by two Daughters: Mary Burnworth and Carolyn Babcock and two grandchildren Melissa F. and John Neil Johnson.
