Phyllis I. Hartley, 82, of Goshen, and formerly of Middlebury, passed away Saturday, Feb. 13, at Greencroft Healthcare.
She was born July 31, 1933, to the late Charles O. and Nellie (Hawkins) House.
She married Glen M. Hartley. He died in 1973.
Surviving are her son, Dean A. Hartley and wife Laurie of Darlington; and her granddaughters, Annalise Hartley of Tyler, Texas, and Alissa Hartley of Lebanon; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Glen, and three brothers and four sisters.
