Phillip W. Fields, 73 of Terre Haute passed away peacefully December 13, 2013 following a long illness. Phillip was born December 22, 1939, the son of Marshall and Grace Fields. Phillip was preceded in death by his siblings; Melvin Fields, Marvin Fields, Darrell Fields and Charles Fields, as well as two children; Donald R. Fields, and Brenda K. Fields. Phillip is survived by his wife of 56 years; Helen Jane Fields of Terre Haute, whom he met while they were both serving in the United States Navy, two sons; Robert and Billy Fields, four daughters; Lorry Worgull and her husband Frank, Kathy Lawson and her husband Kevin, Cheryl A. Todd, and Kelly M. Fields. Phillip is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren, as well as many other friends, family, and loved ones.
