Phillip was of the Christian Faith.
Surviving is his wife of 43 years whom he married in Vanceburg, Ky. June 30, 1970 Vera Sue Kennard Alcorn of Maysville, Ky.
One sister- Cora McCann of Vanceburg, Ky.
One brother- John Alcorn of Maysville, Ky.
Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death beside his parents were several brothers and sisters.
