Phillip Stephen Manning, 74, of Maysville passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2019 at his residence.
Phillip was born in Maysville on April 14, 1945 son of the late C. Stephen & Ruth Fentress Phillips Manning. He was a well-known Floral & Interior Designer whose work located him in various cities including Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City and Cincinnati. He was active locally in the Limestone Chorale, Maysville Players and the Maysville Genealogical Society.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Fentress Manning.
