Philip M. Salito, age 62, of Milford, beloved husband of Kellie Harcherik Salito entered eternal peace on December 2, 2021. Philip was born in Milford on March 13, 1959, to Genevieve Lasse and the late Ralph Salito. A lifelong resident of Milford, he attended Saint Gabriel Elementary School and graduated from Jonathan Law High School. After high school, Philip founded the iconic Milford breakfast restaurant, Little Lasse’s on Naugatuck Ave, where he served as owner and head chef to his dedicated following for thirty-seven years. Philip loved his business, cooking for others, and absolutely adored his patrons. Along with his home, Little Lasse’s was his happy place. He was incredibly hard working, always putting his family first. Philip was witty, generous, and kind. He had an engaging smile and an infectious laugh. He possessed a philanthropic spirit and was always quietly giving to and helping others. He loved being on the golf course, especially when hitting the links with his cherished brothers. He will be incredibly missed by all who knew and loved him, and by his treasured patrons of 37 years. Along with his loving wife Kellie, and his mother Genevieve, Philip is survived by his devoted stepdaughter, Alexandria Ponzio (Salvatore), adored grandson Chase Ponzio, his brother Ralph Salito (Beth) his nieces, Kendra and Hailey, nephew Matthew (Meaghan) and great niece Keira, and numerous cousins, friends, and customers, who were family to him. Philip was predeceased by his father Ralph Salito and his brother, Jeffrey Salito.
