Born January 8, 1974, in Morehead, he is the son of Lana Stevens Fraley of Morehead and Pastor Philip Wayne Fraley, who passed away December 15, 2013.
In addition to his mother, he also leaves one son, Philip Jayben Fraley, and two daughters, Torianna Lanise Fraley and MorliJo NeiShann Fraley and their mother, Vicki Fraley, all of Morehead; numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
