Peter Eugene Gulliksen, 80, of Cromwell, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016 after a brief illness. Born in West Hartford, he was the son of the late Gustav and Julia (Sullivan) Gulliksen, Jr. During his career, Peter was a Quality Control Engineer with Chandler Evans until he retired. He was also the former owner of Andruz Package Store in Cromwell.
Peter is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty (Quint) Gulliksen and his children, Thad Gulliksen of Cromwell; Thomas Gulliksen and his wife Donna of Lebanon; his daughter, Tracy Gulliksen of Cromwell and his cherished grandson, Zakary Ostiguy. He is also survived by his sister, Karen Heldmann and her husband, James, his brother, Gary Gulliksen, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
