Mr. Perry Lee Mathis, Sr., of Tampa, transitioned on Friday, December 3, 2021.
Mr. Mathis was born in Valdosta, GA to the late Marshal and Arizona B. Mathis. He honorably served six years in the United States Navy and worked at IMC Agrico for over 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary M. Mathis, and sister, Lee Ethel Mathis-Wright.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving children, Perry L. Mathis, Jr. (Jennifer) of Spring Hill, FL, Rhonda Yearwood (Vic) of Atlanta, GA, Romanzia Saunders (Mike) of Atlanta, GA, Rubin Harris (Victoria) of Tampa, FL and Regina Harris of Tampa, FL; brother, Willie T. Mathis (Carol) of Tampa, FL; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and relatives.
