Perry A. Manzer formerly of Burlington passed away in Brightview Assisted Living in Mt. Laurel at the age of 85. A longtime Burlington resident, Perry served honorably during WWII in the US Army Air Corps. He then went on to work as an aircraft mechanic at Loring AFB and McGuire AFB for over 30 years.
He was a great mechanic who fixed all the family cars and other cars for neighbors and friends. In his early years he was a volunteer fireman and in his spare time he enjoyed gardening and cheering for the Philly sports teams. He was a 4th Degree Knight and past Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus Burlington Council.
Husband of 62 years to the Late Anita (Nee:Plourde) who passed away last year, he is survived by their children; Stephen (Sandra) Manzer, Natalie (Robert) Fisher, Marion Manzer, James (Dawn) Manzer; grandchildren Christopher, Michelle, Michael Manzer, Peter and Bethany Fisher, George, Joseph, James Higby; great-grandchildren Alec Manzer, Anthony and Isabella Giordano.
