Penelope “Penny” Ann Ownbey passed away on April 1, 2019, at the age of 74, in Idaho Falls.
Penny was born May 22, 1944, in Miami, Florida. She was the oldest of four children and grew up and attended school in St. Petersburg, Florida. At the age of 12, she met the man she would share her entire life and love with. On September 29, 1961, she married Marion “Buck” Ownbey. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Washington, D.C. Temple. Buck and Penny were married for 58 years and have 6 children, 16 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
