Peggy Sue (Carlisle) Hockman, 56, of Franklin, died on Monday, July 3, 2017, in Franklin.
She was born on August 17, 1960, in Indianapolis, to her parents, Robert E. and Thana O. (Barger) Carlisle.
She worked as a Supervisor for Beazer Homes; previously, she worked at Webb’s Veneer Factory.
Peggy was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, in Franklin, and served on the Altar Guild. She was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose.
Peggy loved riding her motorcycle and spending time with her friends and family.
Peggy is survived by her mother, Thana O. (Barger) Carlisle of Franklin; three children, Josh (Lauren) Burton of Edinburgh, Jennifer Burton of Franklin, and Ben (Misty) Burton of Edinburgh, one sister, Joyce (Ralph) Goforth of Franklin; two brothers, Roger (Jennifer) Carlisle of Iowa, and John Carlisle of Franklin; five grandchildren, Devon Gibson, Jordan Burton, Camden Burton, Brittany Burton, and Braxton Burton; and one great-grandchild, Addilyn Burton.
She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Lisa Carlisle.
