Peggy J. Ernst-Bibighaus, 66, of Salisbury Township, passed away Friday, June 14, 2013, at St. Lukes Hospice House. She and her husband, David A. Bibighaus, shared 28 years together. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of Eleanor P. (Lutz) Ernst of Bethlehem and the late Mahlon L. Ernst. Peggy was a 1963 graduate of Liberty High School. She worked as a property manager for Morgan Properties in Allentown. Peggy was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of the Salisbury Fire Company. She enjoyed going to the beach, playing Bingo, doing crosswords and spending time with her family who knew her as “The Queen.” Survivors: her loving husband, David; mother, Eleanor; daughter, Lori Roth-Hillegas, her husband Dan and their children Brett, Tanner and Krystle of Salisbury Township; grandchildren, Cody and Jacob Gebhart; 2 great-grandchildren, Kayla and Kylie; step-children, Brian Bibighaus and Robin Bibighaus and her children Haily and Anthony; brother, Robert Ernst and his wife Diane of Macungie; sisters, Debbie Mink and her husband Dwayne of Bethlehem and Carol Ziegler and her husband Carl of Hellertown; nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog and companion, Shadow. Peggy was preceded in death by her son Gary Gebhart and son-in-law Tim Roth.
