Survivors include her husband of 50 years Billy Ray Moran; a daughter Amanda (John) Little of Fleming County and a son Rockwell “Rocky” (Shelly) Moran of Maysville; 5 grandchildren, Rusty Moran, Erin Moran, Darrian Little, Draven Little and Taylor Little; a brother Lonny (Cynthia) Bryant of Carlisle.
