Pearl Etta Thomas Hoskins
Our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Pearl Etta Thomas Hoskins, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2016. She was born on September 11, 1933 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Mayfield and Emma Williams Thomas. Pearl married AJ Steele Sr. and they were later divorced.
Pearl married Athens Charles Hoskins. He passed away in 1981.
She was a faithful member of the Baptist Church.
Pearl enjoyed fishing, gardening, and collecting.
She is survived by her children, Larry Steele, AJ Steele Jr, Norma Jean Steele, Sheila Hoskins and Latanya Hoskins (Dan Duffield); a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and a sister, Rose Graddy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Athens; 2 brothers, JC, Joe and a sister, Esther.
