“Peach”  Crane passed away Wednesday peacefully at the amazing age of 101.  She was blessed to have been able to live by herself in her own home until well past her 100th birthday.

Born and raised in a small farming town in Kansas, in a home built by her father with his own hands, she was always proud of her roots and loved to share stories about her experiences growing up in a saddle, shooting shotguns, or riding a motorcycle behind one of her brothers.

It was there she met and married the love of her life, Ralph Crane. They enjoyed 72 years together as husband and wife. In 2009 she lost Ralph and continued her life independently without him at her side.

Together she and Ralph raised two sons, Gary and Neil, who stayed close to them through the years. At her passing she was a great-great grandmother and loved having her family around her.

Peach was a bright, strong woman who took the roles of wife, mother, and business woman seriously. She was a very successful real estate agent during their years in Pasadena, California. Her success was measured not by money, but by how many lifelong friendships she made with her clients.

She outlived her peers as well as her six siblings but continued making new friends throughout her life.

She never lost her sense of humor, nor her senses. She was a fine lady. A lady who loved the Lord.
