Paula Kay Palmer, 65, of Fort Pierce, FL passed away on Sunday, May 19th, 2019, at Traditions Medical Center, in Port Saint Lucie, FL.
Paula was born in Logan, West Virginia, and moved to Florida with her family when she was a young child. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard Keith Fraley and Pauline Fraley. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Allen Palmer, devoted children, daughter, Christina Rogers (Travis) and son, Joey Palmer, adored grandchildren, Destiny, Tim, Allen, and Ashley; brothers, Jim Fraley (Evelyn), and Richard Fraley, Jr. (DeeDee), brother-in-law, Lenny Palmer (Kathy), and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
