She was born February 17, 1966 in Willimantic, CT, the daughter of the late Robert and Lorraine (Dutil) Lucey. Paula worked as a housekeeper and dietary aide at St. Joseph Living Center for many years. She played softball locally for the W.S.A.G.W. Her all-time favorite hobby was going to the beach.
