MCNEILL, JR.ROUGEMONT Mr. Paul Wilson McNeill, Jr., 72, of Rougemont, died on Wednesday, June 15, . McNeill was born in Cumberland County to the late Paul Wilson McNeill Sr. and Margaret Herndon Phillips. He retired after 24 years as a Machinist with Liggett & Myers Tobacco Company. He was a veteran of the U. S. National Guard. Mr. McNeill was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his sister, Linda is survived by his wife of 51 years, Barbara Ross McNeill; one daughter, Sandra McKeever and husband, Kenny of Wilmington; one sister, Joyce Edge of Fayetteville and two grandchildren, Keeley McKeever and Seth McKeever.
