Paul “Judd” Campbell, 59, of Franklin, MA, formerly of Newington, died on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015, after struggling with the effects of a traumatic brain injury for many years. Born in Waterbury, he was the beloved son of the late Cynthia Judd and Paul F. Campbell, and was a longtime Newington resident. Judd graduated from Newington High School, in 1975, and from Ohio State University. He was formerly employed as a computer engineer by the MITRE Corp., of Lowell, MA. In his younger years he was an avid athlete. A loving brother, uncle and cousin, he leaves his brother and sister-in-law Jamie and Linda Campbell of Wethersfield; nephews James N. Campbell, Jeffrey P. Campbell and Michael W. Campbell and his wife Alison; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his sister Margaret Campbell.
