Paul Jackson Hill, 88, passed away at his home on Monday, February 9, 2015. He was born September 5, 1926, in Coweta county to the late Albert Hill and Effie Bryant Hill.
He worked as a carpenter all his life and he served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Meriam Hill; sister, Elsie Williams of Fairburn; brother, Bob(Linda) Hill of Emmetsburg, Iowa; children, Nancy(Dan) Baird of Rio Rancho, NM, Jack(Kaye) Hill Jr. of Newnan, Rick(Deb) Hill of Augusta, Melissa Hintersehr of Dade City, FL; nine grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. He was also loved by his extended family, George(Gail) Hill Jr. of Moreland, Jim(Kathy) Hill of Newnan, Janet(Richard) Wunner of Moreland, Becky(Mark) Craig of Newnan, ten grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
