Patsy S. Peck (Mammy), 76, of Holland Patent, passed away Monday, June 2, 2014 in New Hartford at St. Luke’s Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Mammy was born February 11, 1938 in Bowlegs, Oklahoma; daughter of Jack and Darlene Fields. She was united in marriage to Edward Peck on February 7, 1976 at St. John’s Lutherans Church in Rome, NY. Mammy and Eddie owned and operated the American Rodeo Company for many years where they formed an amazing bond with many rodeo friends that became family.

Mammy had many interests throughout her life including reading, actively learning and spreading her faith as a Jehovah’s Witness, and cooking, but most of all spending time with her family and opening up her home to many. She wanted nothing more than the absolute best for her loved ones and made countless sacrifices to help them in any way she could. As a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Mammy shared special bonds with each and every one of her family members. Her extended family included many friends that adored her and her unique personality. Mammy was always known as being her own special person, full of life, love, and laughs.

Mammy is survived by her daughters Christine and her husband Frank Peck of Holland Patent, Stacy and her husband Dr. Nick Sollenne of Bellaire Texas, and son Jeffrey Peck and fiancée Cheri Darrow of Stittville. Also, she is survived by her cherished grandchildren Heather, Andrew, Cody and her husband Jerry Curtis, Brittani, and Tyler Peck. Mammy is also survived by her beloved great grandchildren Riley, Lane, and Gianna. Lastly, she is survived by her brothers Jim and Don Fields. Mammy is predeceased by her husband Eddie Peck and daughter Wendy Peck.
