Mrs. Patsy Ruth Cornelius Becton, age 78, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015 at her Newnan residence. She was born November 5, 1936 in Horton, AL., to the late Guy A. Cornelius and Bernice Hill Cornelius. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband Franklin Earvin Becton, brother; Robert Cornelius and sister Patricia Brand. She is survived by one son, Allan Becton and his wife Joan of Cartersville, GA., one daughter, Pam Henson and her husband Kerry of Newan, GA., four grandchildren; Ashley Evans and her husband Brant of Rome, Justin Henson of Hiram, Allison Becton and Joshua Becton of Milton, FL. She is also survived by one great granddaughter Autumn Kennedy of Milton, FL. and one brother Johnny Cornelius and his wife Jackie of Savannah, GA. Patsy was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
