Patsy Marie Kendrick Quesinberry, 75, of 816 Skyview Trail, Martinsville VA, died Thursday, June 10, 2010 at her daughters home in Spencer. She was born on January 18, 1935 in Martinsville to the late Myrtle Ward Kendrick and Stuart McGuire Kendrick. She was also preceded in death by Two Brothers, Bobby and J.W. Kendrick. Surviving are three Daughters; Jennifer Quesinberry Baucom and husband Mike of Fuquay-Varina NC; Sharon Quesinberry and husband Tim; and Patricia Quesinberry of Spencer; one son, William Quesinberry and wife Yvonne of Lafayette NY; two Sisters, Becky Kendrick Wade of Axton and JoAnn Kendrick Myrick of Greensboro, and one Brother, Steven Kendrick of Spencer. She was a 1952 graduate of Spencer-Penn High School and a Spencer-Penn Center Board member. She was also a member of Stella Christian Church. Until her recent illness she owned and operated Runway Café at Blue Ridge Airport in Spencer since 2004 where she was a favorite among all NASCAR drivers flying in for races. The patrons she served also included Virginias current Governor and three previous Governors. Prior to Runway Café she owned and operated Pats Pizza in Bassett. Before operating businesses in Henry County she operated the Manor House Restaurant at Historical Poplar Grove Plantation at Scott’s Hill NC.
