Patsy Joyce Ketcham, 75, of Colonial Heights, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024. Born November 25, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Lively and Winona Stover Lively. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ketcham and her sister, Brenda Randolph. Patsy (Pat-Pat) was a devoted friend and caretaker to many in the Village of Matoaca. She loved and cared for generations of children who she took great pride in as she watched them grow up. She was a devoted homemaker and made sure her home was always open to friends and family.
