Patsy J. Mitchell, 80 of Franklin passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018. She was born May 24, 1938 in Atlanta, GA to the late Hillary Brooks and Virgie Waldrop Brooks. She was also preceded in death by her children, David Mitchell, Cynthia Stevens and Tracey Braswell; sister, Sherry Brooks Houston. She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Roquemore; daughter-in-law, Donna Mitchell; half-brother, Chris Brooks; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
