Patricia Ann Johnson (Robertson) , 70, passed away, Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center after a yearlong battle with cancer. Patty was born June 27, 1943 to Clarence and Adaline (Adams) Johnson in Chariton, Iowa. Patty graduated from Tech High School in Des Moines, Iowa in 1961. She was a computer supervisor for the Frye Corporation and the State of Iowa. Patty loved doting on her family and was an avid Elvis fan. Patty is survived by her son, Scott Gates of Denver, CO; companion, Larry Weeks of Indianola, IA; her mother, Adalene Johnson of Chariton,IA; her brothers, Dennis Johnson of Chariton, IA and Rick (Cindy) Johnson of Altoona, IA. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence; her brother, Leslie; and nephews Chad and Christopher.
