PATRICIA RUTH RALPH, age 72, of Clifton, VA died Tuesday, August 6, 2002 at her home. Mrs. Ralph was a meber of the Officers Wives Club, Mended Hearts and the New Neighbors Club in Goldsboro, N.C. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maj. Gen. John Edward Ralph, USAF(Ret.) who died in 1996. Survivors include four children, Cynthia Lynn Carlson, of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Susan Kay Farfour, of Goldsboro, NC, Julie Ann Lawrence, of Mineral, VA and Karen Lee Basala, of Manassas, VA, one brother, Charles Edward Eicher, of Sioux Falls, SD, 11 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
