Patricia “Patti” Ann Cambe, 51, of Rensselaer passed away Monday, September 8, 2014. Patti was born in Gary, Indiana on February 21, 1963, the daughter of Verna (Miller) Vogt and the late Carl A. Vogt. Patti graduated from North Newton High School with the Class of 1981 and attended Crown College of Cosmetology.

She was a bus driver with the Rensselaer School Corporation for the past 12 years. Patti was also a nail technician, working in her own shop, “Nails by Patti”. She was a member of the Brushwood United Methodist Church, the Women of the Moose and ABATE. Patti enjoyed golfing, fishing, riding motorcycles and entertaining friends over bonfires. One of Patti’s greatest joys was spending time with and caring for her grandchildren. Patti had a special love for animals, especially rescuing and caring for Italian Greyhounds.

Surviving is her loving family, Heather Kyburz, Daughter, Rensselaer, Taren Cambe, Daughter, Indianapolis, Philip Cambe III, Son, Rensselaer, Mike Pinkerman, Significant Other, Rensselaer, Verna Vogt, Mother, Rensselaer, Brycen Kyburz, Grandson, numerous step-grandchildren with the Pinkerman family, Teri Battleday, Sister, Rensselaer, John (Cindy) Vogt, Brother, Satsuma, Florida, Cully (Melissa) Vogt, Brother, Parr, Indiana, Allen Vogt, Rensselaer and many nieces and nephews.
